Women queued up at the nail-art counter set up by nail guru pammy kaul of Scratch Nail Salon. Waterless manicures, designs in various shapes and a vibrant burst of colours, crystals, glitter and nail-art accessories made the stall a hit. The experts advised guests on how to groom their nails and decorate them. Pammy says, ‘women don’t realize that well-groomed nails are an asset. Hands are one of the most neglected parts of one’s body.’
Pammy kaul also held a workshop on how to maintain perfectly manicured nails. She suggests filing nails regularly as a way of protecting the bed. ‘Use ebony files board and file your nails in one direction. This prevents the nail bed from opening up and chipping,’ she said. Pammy also said stressed the importance of keeping cuticles moisturized at all times.
