Doctor recounted how a lot of her clients who complained of bad skin didn’t follow the process to its rightful end; and either just washed their faces or just toned it, not following it up with any moisturizer, which she insisted was not the best way to maintain youthful skin. ‘It takes time, but it is worth the effort! Buy a face wash that suits your skin type and follow it up with a toner. Rose water is a natural toner, besides the many brands that are available in the market. Once the skin is absorbed the toner, finish with a moisturizer,’ doctor said.
‘When you get back home from work, don’t wash your face right away. Splash cold water on your face and pat lightly with a soft towel. Once your skin has cooled off, and then go about with the cleansing, toning and moisturizing routine,’ said doctor
In case you’re wondering, CTM after your have taken shower. If you have Oily skin, CTM twice a day. Avoid using hot water to wash the face, as it opens up the pores to dust and other impurities.
