Hi friends! Today I am going to give some useful tips about headaches and some exercise that overcome from it. Today many people are affected by the headaches. The main reason behind this is many people continuously working in the computers and laptop.
POOR POSTURE:
Holding your neck in an unnatural position can tighten muscles, causing spasm. Stand tall, keep head straight, and gently pull your shoulders back. Slumping at the computer creates problems too. Stop every hour to exercise: drop chin toward your left shoulder, and then roll it across your chest to your right shoulder; reverse and repeat.
EYESTRAIN:
squinting overexerts the muscles around the eyes and throughout the head. Make sure you’re a comfortable distance from the computer and eliminate any glare; look away or focus on a far-off object (at least 25 m away) every 15 minutes or so to alter the focal length.
