Feeling tired, depressed, or anxious? Get some aroma oil concentrates (available with aromatherapists) and a diffuser ( a clay one serves the purpose best) and prepare yourself for rest and relaxation.

Arrange the diffuser in the centre of the living room; add 3-4 drops of the aroma oil concentrate to the water in the fumicale and soak in the aroma that sweeps the room.

Note: use it in the morning and evenings between 7 and 8

GERANIUM: calms, uplifts and soothes
LEMOGRASS: improves clarity and concentration
EUCALYPTUS: stimulates and revives
LAVENDERS: relieves you of irritability, anxiety and stress
MINT OIL: lightens the mood
JASMINE: injects freshness
PEPPERMINT: invigorates and comforts
SANDALWOOD: sedates
