Our hands do most of our work for us-wash, clean, move things. Learn to do a little something for them too

CLEANSE AND MOISTURIZE:

Exfoliate with a gentle hand wash mixed with a little sugar every week. Lather generously with moisturizer

ADORN WELL:

A single diamond ring, a chunky silver bracelet or a wedding band in gold-keep it simple to look good, too much will look vulgar.Tan dark elbows, prickly skin, flaccid upper arms are just some of the problems all of us face at some time or the other to combat.

EXFOLIATE REGULARLY:

The skin on our arms is subject to an immense amount of friction-through clothes, table tops and other surfaces. This often causes” irritated” skin-leading to keratosis and unsightly bumps. Cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize regularly-particularly if you wax.

FOR A QUICK LOOK-GOOD:

Mix in a little foundation with a moisturizer and dab on for a peaches and cream look.

Severe headaches may signal an urgent problem. Call your doctor immediately or go to the emergency room if your headache:

1) Comes on suddenly and is the worst headache you’ve ever had. This could be a sign of aneurysm (weak blood vessels since birth)
2) Is accompanied by fever, stiff neck, lethargy, or uncomfortable vomiting. It might be a brain infection or meningitis.
3) Causes you to be confused or lose consciousness. It could be a concussion, encephalitis, or bleeding in the brain…or look for metabolic causes such as electrolyte imbalance.
4) Recurrent headaches that start small and steadily progress over several days with a marked periodicity of vomiting. This could be a brain tumour or brain disorder.

STIMULATE THE PRESSURE POINTS TO PERK YOU UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY.

1) Using your index finger press (15 seconds) and release the area between the eyes a number of times. Move on to the area above the eyebrows and then the temples; massage these areas with circular and longitudinal movements.

2) Position your fingers half an inch to the left and right of your spinal column at the back of your neck and massage the area.

3) With thumb and middle finger, massage the meaty muscle between the index finger and thumb of the opposite hand.

4) Hold your big toe and massage the area just below the nail, base of the toe and the feet arch.

Itching is normal when you’ve been bitten or licked by an insect. But if after 24 hours the site becomes increasingly tender, you may be suffering from an infection or allergy. Wash the area with water and liberally apply an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment or powder such as Neosporin. If it doesn’t heal within a day or two, visit a dermatologist. Most infections come from scratching that breaks the skin and leaves it open to contamination. Allergies multiply on open wounds. Cover with a bandage.

Hi friends! Today I am going to give some fascinating information about how to lower blood pressure in a natural way which is very much useful for those who are affected by heart related problems.

If you have stage 1 hypertension (upper number between 140 and 159; lower number between 90 and 95) or are what the experts call”prehypertensive”

(Upper: 120 to 139; lower: 80 to 89), you may not have to take medication at all. It’s been proved in a US government study. Remember hurry and worry major enemies. Stop rushing through the day. You can only do that much in 24 hours.

HOW TO DO THIS:

Exercise for 40 minutes six days a week or simply go for 30-minute morning walks daily. the early morning air will return you cheerful;. Squeeze in time for some breathing exercises. Stick to a low fat diet; only lean non-veggies. Limit sugar, sodium and alcohol intake. You’ll be surprised with the plummeting blood pressure.
