500gm pasta; 500gm broccoli, chop in florets; 2 tbsp olive grease; 1 big onion, pieced; 2 garlic cloves, cut up; 4 average-sized sausages, pan-fried and pieced; 2tbsp tomato puree; 100gms walnuts, cut up; 2 tbsp parmesan cheese; salt, to tang; kali mirch, to tang.
1. Cook the pasta as per directions on the packet. Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes. Dain below chill water.
2. Heat the grease and fry the onions. Add the garlic and fry one minuter then add the steamed broccoli, the sausages, tomato purée, and the spicy.
3. Toss in pasta and blend all elements well together. Dish up decorated with the walnuts and parmesan cheese.
EACH SERVING: 523.3 calories, 17.7gm protein, 71.2gm carbohydrates, 19.6gm total fat, 6.2gm fibre, 0 cholesterol, 113.mg sodium.
